The results showed that the scalpel has the properties of cutting,vaporization and coagula tion,and its advantage allows it to cut and vaporize brain tissue and coagulate vessels simutaneously.

结果表明本手术器不但有、汽化和凝固的特性，而且有和汽化的同时凝固血管的优点。

4. 34 cases were treated with photo-coagula- tion to seal the tear and 24 cases succeed (70.58%). 76 cases were treated with cryo-coagulation to seal the tear and 69 cases succeed(90.78%).

气液交换后用激光封闭裂孔34例,其中24例治愈(70.58%),用巩膜外冷凝法76例,其中69例治愈(90.78%)。
