We know the Earth's oceans contain a mixture of normal water, H2O, and heavy water, HDO, which includes deuterium, a form of hydrogen that is twice as heavy as normal hydrogen.
It turns out that ones more massive than about 13 times Jupiter can also fuse deuterium, an atom that's very similar to hydrogen, except it has a proton and a neutron in its nucleus.
So, I'm not recommending you do this, but if you really want to test out some heavy water, just make sure we're talking about deuterium oxide, not tritium oxide—it's not going to be a dead person.
