1.Results Of the 24 cases with fracture and/or dislocation of the lower cervical vertebrae,6 cases had atlantal fracture,3 cases had atlantoaxial dislocation and 3 cases had the axoid fracture.

结果本组36例,低位并(或)脱位24例,寰6例,寰枢脱位3例,枢3例。结论伤复杂、检查手段不完善、体检不仔细是伤漏诊的常见原因。
