1.Objective To introduce the clinic application and rearch on pharmacology of Baicalin mainly and investigate the relation between the quality of production and the pyretogen.

2.Method: To determine the DPPH free radical scavenging activity and assay of four bioactive components: baicalin, baicalein, wogonin and wogonin 7 O glucuronide by HPLC.
