1.Purulent sputum, dyspnea, rhonchi bilaterally.

2.Results Cyanosis, asthmatoid dyspnea, asthmatoid noise in lung disappear, and infants torn into quiet were more rapid in treated group (P< 0.01).

结治疗组紫消失,喘憋缓解,肺部喘鸣音消失和转安静均较对照组快(P<0.01)。

3.When diphtheritic inflammation begins in the respiratory tract, sore throat and fever usually develop.Prostration and dyspnea soon follow because of the obstruction caused by the membrane。

当白喉在呼吸道引起炎症时，通常有咽喉痛和发热，然后由于假膜的阻碍会感到虚脱和呼吸困，不及时治疗可能会引起窒息。

4.Results Some symptoms,like dyspnea in 7 cases disappeared.Some signs,like hepatauxe in 6 cases were obviously improved.The index of blood gas and nuclein lung scanning in 6 cases return to normal.

结7例呼吸困等症状消失，6例肝脏肿大等体征明显好转，6例血气指标恢复正常，肺核素扫描正常。
