Objective\ To evaluate the accuracy in measurement of the diameter of patent ductus arteriosus(PDA) by echocardiography combined with cineangiography.

Results Color Doppler echocardiography showed that the embryocardia ductus arterious flow had a bright shunt from the pulmonary to descending aorta.

结果:24%的胎存在生理性三尖瓣返,脉阻力普遍较高,胎脉导管血单向自脉向降主脉,显色明亮。

Conculsion The level of the abnormal MBF reserve in stenosed coronary artery may be the mainly physiopathologic basis of dipyridamole stress echocardiography in detecting coronary stenosis.
