结果:24%胎存在生理性三尖瓣返流,肺脉阻力普遍较高,胎脉导管血流单向自肺脉流向降主脉,显色明亮。

Conculsion The level of the abnormal MBF reserve in stenosed coronary artery may be the mainly physiopathologic basis of dipyridamole stress echocardiography in detecting coronary stenosis.
