1.Results There were 10 patients who underwent plastic and aesthetic surgery had developed severe complications which included blindness in 5 cases and hypopsia in another 5 cases.

2.Conclusion The hypopsia after cataract surgery in the senile patients aged over 60 were mainly caused by keratopaphy, optic nerve atrophy and macularpathy of high myopia.
