1.Prurigo nodularis （PN） is a chronic pruritic dermatosis of unknown etiology, characterized by firm, symmetrically localized hyperkeratotic pruritic papules and nodules.

结节痒疹为一病因未明慢瘙痒发疹皮肤病。其特点为突出于皮面角化丘疹、结节，烈瘙痒，呈分布。

2.We recently encountered three old men with pruritic porokeratosis .We propose the term “eruptive pruritic papular porokeratosis” for describing this unusual variant of porokeratosis.
