Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of gastroduodenal septostomy internal and external drainage in the treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst.

Methods Thirty-four patients with pancreatic pseudocyst underwent pancreatic pseudocystogastroduodenal septostomy(PPGDS) and transgastric pseudocyst internal and external drainage(IED).
