3 Large perineal defect following wide local excision with penile amputation and urethrostomy.

Methods:23 patients with scar contracture in perineal crissal area were treated in our hospital from Jan. 1995 to Jun. 2005.

方法:1995年1月至2005年6月对23例患者分别采用直接缝合、皮片移植和皮瓣移植进行治疗。

Results: Postoperative and follow-up results demonstrated no one case of hircismus relapse once more with the perineal scars.

结果:术后及随访结果表明无一例腋臭再次复发和瘢痕挛。
